Professor Sabina Cerimagic
Executive Dean and Executive Director

Dr Sabina Cerimagic is the Executive Dean and Executive Director at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Business School.

Sabina is a multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary professional consultant, researcher and academic who has more than 15 years of experience in higher education and project management.

Sabina’s depth of skills and knowledge after holding a variety of roles across the private and public sectors has effectively enabled her to develop, lead and manage diverse and large teams. In a supportive manner and to encourage collaboration between her team and all stakeholders, to achieve positive and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Dr Angelina Zubac
BCom, BA, GDipStat, PhD
Faculty Lecturer

Dr Zubac has been a strategy consultant for the last 20 years in which she has worked for more than 100 organisations from large corporations to public sector organisations. She has taught at some of the country’s best public institutions such as Melbourne University and University of Queensland.

Bob Gilliver
Faculty Lecturer

Until recently Bob Gilliver was a Senior Lecturer and the Program Director for all MBA Programs at The University of South Australia. In that role he was responsible for about 1,000 MBA students in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and China. Bob taught on all of those programs in those countries as well as being the Program Director.

Dr Cheryl Crosthwaite
BAppSc, MBA, DBA (Leadership)
Faculty Lecturer

As an accomplished facilitator, lecturer, board director, and coach. Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in management, leadership, human resources, coaching, personal development, consultancy and training in Australia and abroad. With her passion for development as well as her diverse cultural and work experience, Cheryl is able to advise on, develop and deliver programmes that are both theory and practically based.

Cyril Jankoff
Faculty Lecturer

Cyril Jankoff has taught commercial and legal subjects on a sessional basis at many colleges and universities for over 30 years. He has taught at all levels, from vocational to postgraduate, and focuses on executive education, where he facilitates business improvement courses. He also works as a solicitor and CPA accountant.

Elle Taurins
Faculty Lecturer

Elle Taurins is a conceptual and pragmatic thinker who brings over 20 years of experience to strategic leadership capability development. As an independent consultant and internationally accredited professional coach, Elle is dedicated to expanding leaders’ mindsets, developing strategic thinking skills, and empowering career-oriented individuals to step up to leadership roles.

Dr Gabrielle Parle
Faculty Lecturer

Dr. Gabrielle Parle is a passionate educator. She is an excellent communicator who excels in explaining concepts and theories at a practical level. Gabrielle is generous in her commitment and is attuned to delivering on the needs of her clients.

Ian Siebert
Faculty Lecturer

Coming from Consulting, Coaching and Academic backgrounds, Ian brings an integrated approach to the development of postgraduate students in the AIM Business School. His passion is for Developing Others with a Leadership Mindset, so they enhance their capabilities to make a difference in their work and communities.

John Davidson
Faculty Lecturer

John is a highly experienced leader, consultant, coach and facilitator, with a reputation for developing trust, and rapport, and equipping leaders and managers to improve their performance. John is experienced in program design, implementation, and presentation across a diverse range of Australian and multi-national organisations. John regularly facilitates Leadership and Management Programs, Workshops and Coaching, which focus on the areas of Leading People, Leading Change, Leader Behaviour, and Decision Making.

John Peake
Faculty Lecturer

Since 1989 John has had numerous research and development experiences focusing on leadership, management and investigation leading to the delivery and assessment of the same in higher education and VET sectors. Complementing this are his 17 years as a senior manager and leader making him a true ‘pracademic’.

Dr Judith Watson
Faculty Lecturer

Judith is an author with several business books published. Her professional experience is expansive, having started her early career in Australia Post in customer service and Telecom (Telstra), then fast-tracked into a senior management role managing Equal Employment Opportunity. Judith’s publications have sold internationally (Beverly Hills Council as one example).

Kathleen Milne
Faculty Lecturer

Kath is a Management Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Leadership Coach with extensive experience in leading major business operations; as an Executive in the financial services industry, information technology industry and in the not-for-profit sector, both internationally and in Australia.

Dr Martin Robson
Faculty Lecturer

Dr Robson has experience in banking, information technology, and entrepreneurship, while his academic work focuses on the utilisation of intuition and its value to top leaders. He is passionate about developing students' critical thinking and writing skills and actively encourages a learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for acquiring knowledge.

With over 30 years of management experience, Richard has an extensive network and has developed strong business acumen, spanning a broad range of industries including manufacturing, transport, distribution, retail, construction (civil, industrial, commercial and residential), education and hospitality.

Dr Richard Carter

Dr Carter is an organisation psychologist with diverse experience as an executive, facilitator, coach, consultant and academic. He has a contemporary understanding of work motivation and is dedicated to helping organisations maximise productivity and effectiveness through developing their people.

Dr Sarah Morrison

Dr Sarah Morrison is a dedicated information security professional who is passionate about making security accessible and straightforward for organisations. With a PhD in Russian Information Operations, and extensive real-world experience spanning over two decades, Sarah has a deep understanding of how different types of threat actors can affect your business, their tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), and how to protect against them.

Lynda has nearly two decades of experience in corporate management and planning accumulated among a variety of disciplines including; project & change management, event planning, personal development, training & education and human behaviour.
