In a career spanning over 30 years, Dr Zubac has worked and consulted at over 100 organisations, including at SMEs, large corporates, and non-profit and government organisations. She spent a decade solving risk, innovation and strategic management problems and implementing projects in the financial, energy and public sectors. She continues to work as a strategy consultant as Strategy Link's Managing Consultant. Dr Zubac has taught MBA students for 20 years across the country, internationally and online. In recent times, she has had the privilege to teach senior managers pursuing an MBA education at the Australian Institute of Management and the University of Queensland Business School. She has substantial experience teaching innovation, lean entrepreneurship, organisational change and marketing subjects at Masters level too. She is the lead editor and author of an edited book of chapters due to come out in 2022 entitled, Effective Implementation of Transformation Strategies: How to Navigate the Strategy and Change Interface Successfully. She has held director positions, including at on an academic board at a university, a health advocacy organisation and a community education hub. She continues to research in her areas of interest and specialisation: the resource investment processes that organisations use to achieve high performance outcomes, customer value creation, the strategy implementation process and the theory of the firm.
