John Davidson is a highly experienced leader, consultant, coach and facilitator, with a reputation for developing trust, rapport, and equipping leaders and managers to improve their performance.
With a career in business with large and global organisations including Kraft Foods, SPC Foods, ICI Chemicals, BOC Gases, managing his own management consultancy since 2007, and combined with a high level of academic qualifications, John brings extensive knowledge, insight, and practical experience to his work at AIM and clients.
John is experienced in program design, implementation, and presentation across a diverse range of Australian and multi-national organisations. John regularly facilitates Leadership and Management Programs, Workshops and Coaching, which focus on the areas of Leading People, Leading Change, Leader Behaviour, and Decision Making.
John is a faculty member of the AIM Business School delivering the MBA courses of:
