QILT Release 2023 Graduate Outcomes Survey Results
The Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) recently released the results of the latest Graduate Outcomes Survey.
This survey was completed by over 100,000 higher education students approximately six months after graduating and measures outcomes including employment, salary, and graduate satisfaction.
Some of the core findings from this survey include:
90.3% of all postgraduate coursework graduates are employed full-time, compared to 79% of their undergraduate peers. 93.4% of AIM Business School graduates report full-time employment.
The full-time median annual salary for postgraduate coursework graduates is $96,600, increasing 5.5% from the year prior. AIM Business School graduates report median annual salaries of $129,600, higher than all Australian universities and all leading private business education institutes.
80.9% of all postgraduate coursework graduates were overall satisfied with their study, which increases to 83.3% in the Business and Management study area. 86.2% of AIM Business School graduates were overall satisfied.
The results compiled and published by QILT are essential for helping education providers like us recognise our strengths and weaknesses and improve accordingly, as well as for prospective students so that they can accurately compare providers they are considering to attend.
