Elle Taurins is a conceptual and pragmatic thinker who brings over 20 years of experience to strategic leadership capability development.
As an independent consultant and internationally accredited professional coach (ICF PCC), Elle is dedicated to expanding leaders’ mindsets, developing strategic thinking skills, and empowering career-oriented individuals to step up to leadership roles. In her work with solopreneurs, local business groups and international NFP organisations (International Olympic Committee), she draws on her inter-disciplinary experience in search for innovative solutions. Business Background
Elle’s career started in government and EU organisations, in economic development programs. She later transitioned to global marketing communications agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB) in the Scandinavian and Baltic markets, and ran her own marketing consultancy teaming up with UK film-makers.
Elle worked on business and educational international projects in Asia and Europe and developed a strong association with Australian higher education providers (Swinburne University, AIM, Holmesglen Institute). She collaborated on organisational capability development research projects, managed educational programs at Swinburne University, and designed customised training solutions for other RTOs. She leads an applied business strategy unit at Swinburne University (since 2018) and facilitates Managing, Developing and Implementing Strategy unit at AIM Business School (from 2022).
