Academic post-nominals, sometimes casually referred to as letters after your name, are abbreviations that indicate the educational qualifications that you have achieved.
These are available for use by AIM Business School graduates on business cards, resumes, and similar documents to exemplify your qualifications. They must only be applied once the award is conferred.
Please see the table below for our available qualifications and their post-nominals.
Rules for use
1. Post-nominals must be placed after the name in the signature and be of smaller font size.
2. Lower academic awards are listed first leading to higher awards. Example: Joan Smith BBus, GradCertMgmt
3. The name of the education provider must follow the academic award. If there are multiple awards from one education provider, then you list the name of the education provider after all qualifications. Example: Joan Smith BBus USYD, GradCertPM, GradDipMgt ABS
4. Membership to professional associations may be added after academic postnominals.
