This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the AIM Business School Australian Leaders Scholarship currently on offer, referred to as the ‘Scholarship’ herein.
You must read these Terms and Conditions in full. In accepting a scholarship from AIM Business School, it is understood that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Scholarship Description
The Scholarship offers a $500 tuition fee contribution for all units of study undertaken by the recipient, to a maximum of 12 units and up to a total limit of $6,000 for the period of study at ABS.
The Scholarship will be applied:
- In the form of a tuition fee contribution, thereby reducing tuition fee liability in part by $500 for each unit enrolled;
- Where the recipient commences and passes census for the first unit of study of the Relevant AIM Business School Program* within 3 months of the course start date; and
- For each unit enrolled during the Specified Duration**:
*Relevant AIM Business School Programs are:
- Graduate Certificate in Business
- Graduate Certificate in Business Transformation
- Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship
- Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Leadership
- Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Strategy
- Graduate Certificate in Management
- Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management
- Graduate Certificate in Operational Excellence
- Graduate Certificate in Project Management
- Graduate Diploma in Management
- Master of Business Administration
**The Specified Duration is:
- Graduate Certificate programs: Maximum 1 year from course start date.
- Graduate Diploma program: Maximum 2 years from course start date.
- MBA program: Maximum 3 years from course start date.
Scholarship Terms and Conditions
- The following students are not eligible to receive the Scholarship
- Students who have not received an offer for the Scholarship.
- Students who are already receiving other bursaries from AIM Business School.
- Students who commenced study in a relevant AIM Business School Program prior to March 13th 2023.
- Scholarship applicants must meet the standard entry criteria and be accepted into one of the relevant AIM Business School Programs.
- The Scholarship is awarded based on specific eligibility criteria.
- The Scholarship applications are assessed by the AIM Business School scholarship committee.
- The Scholarship provides a unit contribution for the eligible units for Specified Duration* as listed in the scholarship description.
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) fees and related admin fees are separate to the scholarship.
- The Scholarship is not transferable to a third party or redeemable for cash.
- The Scholarship must commence study within 3 months of the course start date. The Scholarship cannot be deferred.
- Scholarship holders are expected to actively progress the unit or units for which they are receiving the bursary and adhere to the academic and administrative policies as laid out in the AIM Business School student handbook
- The Scholarship holder must pay their tuition fees within the stipulated payment deadlines.
- AIM Business School does not represent that the Scholarship will be tax-free to the recipient. The recipient should seek independent advice on the tax implications.
- AIM Business School reserves the right to vary the awards, withdraw or not to offer the Scholarship if:
- applicants have not achieved or cease to meet the eligibility requirements of the Scholarship; or
- the Scholarship holder has been found to have supplied incorrect or misleading information during the application process; or
- the Scholarship holder fails to maintain good academic standing and progress; or
- there is a case of serious misconduct by the Scholarship holder; or
- the Scholarship holder has failed to meet these terms and conditions; or
- in any other case where AIM Business School determines that the Scholarship eligibility requirements have not been met
- Students may only be awarded with one scholarship from AIM Business School. There is no stacking or utilisation of multiple scholarships available.
- The Scholarship holder may be asked to participate in a photo shoot and complete a testimonial for AIM Business School. If this request is accepted, photo and testimonial content may be published on the AIM Business School website or used for other promotional purposes.

AIM Business School Full-Tuition Scholarship – Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the AIM Business School Full-Tuition Scholarship currently on offer, referred to as the ‘Scholarship’ herein.
You must read these Terms and Conditions in full. In accepting a scholarship from AIM Business School, it is understood that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Scholarship Description
The Scholarship offers a full-tuition contribution for the twelve units of study that constitute the MBA.
The Scholarship will be applied in the form of unit contributions thereby removing tuition fee liability in full for all twelve units.
Relevant AIM Business School Programs are:
- Master of Business Administration
Scholarship Terms and Conditions
- The following people are not eligible to receive the Scholarship::
- People who have not received an offer for the Scholarship.
- Current or formerly enrolled students in a relevant AIM Business School Program.
- Scholarship applicants must meet the standard entry criteria and be accepted into one of the relevant AIM Business School Programs.
- The Scholarship is awarded based on specific eligibility criteria.
- The Scholarship applications are assessed by the AIM Business School scholarship committee.
- The Scholarship provides a tuition fee waiver of the Scholarship amount for the duration indicated in the scholarship award letter for study in a relevant program at AIM Business School.
- The Scholarship is not transferable to a third party or redeemable for cash.
- The Student must commence study in the intake for which the Scholarship was offered. The Scholarship cannot be deferred.
- In the case of Advanced Standing (i.e Recognition of Prior Learning or Credit), the Scholarship includes the RPL assessment administrative fee. For the avoidance of doubt, tuition fees for units granted via Advanced Standing are not credited or payable by ABS.
- Scholarship holders are expected to actively progress the units for which they are receiving the scholarship and adhere to the academic and administrative policies as laid out in the AIM Business School student handbook.
- AIM Business School does not represent that the Scholarship will be tax-free to the recipient. The recipient should seek independent advice on the tax implications.
