Unit Description
This unit will teach you various frameworks and methodologies used in project management and help you to become comfortable and competent in addressing major management issues and decisions in a project-based organisation. You will develop your understanding of the principles of project management from a middle to senior managerial perspective and develop skills to plan and manage projects with a range of teams.

- Explain and evaluate the principles, skills and techniques required for the management of projects and integrate project management concepts in a contemporary organisation's structure.
