Unit Description
This unit aims to provide a grounding in change management in both strategic and in operational contexts. Through the course, you will examine organisations, leaders, people and environmental factors as well as the organisational context for change.

The successful completion of Organisational Change Management relies on the submission of three assessments:
- Assessment Task 1: Organisational Change Context Report (35%)
- Assessment Task 2: Change Management Plan (50%)
- Assessment Task 3: Presentation (Interview) on Cultural Impacts of Change (15%)
