Unit Description
This unit explores the theories and principles of strategic decision-making, empowering you to analyse and overcome challenges with significant implications for success or failure, reputation and morale. You will develop your ability to reliably make thorough, insightful, effective, creative, and ethical decisions at a strategic and operational level that are in line with organisational resources and capabilities.

- Assessment Task 1: Report: Your organisation’s decision-making process (35%)
